Sal Cenicola was a New Jersey boxer who traded the ring for a brick oven — and brought his family's Italian recipes to coastal Georgia. This is how a neighborhood joint becomes the one you keep coming back to.

What a great little restaurant. Just what you picture a small town restaurant should be like. The food was fantastic. It was priced according to the area, but the portions were large. A 14" pizza would be plenty for three adults. And my wife and I split the spa and meatballs and it was also plenty.

Awesome pizza! Ordered the deluxe, lovely crust, very tasty sauce, and perfect amount of ingredients. Ordered a medium with fed 3 gals. We each had side salads. Greek was great. Cozy environment with lots of family history.

Sal’s was great! I ordered the lasagna, which was very good and had a nice, robust tomato sauce. The breadstick on the side was nice with the sauce and had hints of rosemary. I also tried the Marshal (white) pizza and it was good as well. However, the standout was definitely the cheese pizza. It had deliciously salty cheese and great chewy crust. I really enjoyed this pizza and would love to have it again!
